Implemented a new custom_corrective_actions attribute for Device Templates. This enables a custom corrective action list and guidance text to be set for each data capability (e.g. separate corrective action lists alerts for Probe, Temperature & Humidity).
Implemented a new downlink_commands attribute for Device Templates. This enables users to choose from pre-configured downlink command options (e.g. Dragino Reading Interval - 1 MIN, 5 MIN, 10 MIN, 20 MIN) Users can pick which one, Save in settings and if there is a change it will queue up a downlink command.

Reports - Report History Pagination.
Reports - After following a report link, the user must log in to view the content.
Reports - HTML fixes (CSS, markup, Format dates with short month name).
Corrective Actions - Display of custom Corrective Action messages can now be shown to users so that they can better select actions for that device alert. Note: this requires custom Device Template usage.
Corrective Actions - Fix for corrective actions not appearing for Device offline alerts.

Reports - Reports generated in the app are now in HTML format. You can save the report as PDF using the Print → Save as PDF option in the browser. See Help Article & video.

Help / Documentation - The old ZenDesk knowledge base for our help information has been deprecated in favor of the new White Label & In-App knowledge bases which are available with a wealth of new information. Access the Partner knowledge base from our Docs site (or direct link here).
