Click on the link provided in the Email to access the Reset Password screen that will allow you to enter a new password.

After updating your password you should be able to now login your Console and using the updated password.

Reset your white label dashboard login
Your Console login and dashboard logins are separatethe same. To update the password associated with your white label dashboard login, simply follow the same process as any of your users would to reset your password, simply be sure to Console login, simply use the Forgot Password link from your white label dashboard.

Go to your white label dashboard. E.g. https://app.<yourcompany>.com/home/forgot-password . Click on Sign In.

Click on the Forgot Password link.

Fill out the form and click Submit. You will then receive a reset link in your email inbox.

Use the password reset link you find in the email received to change your password.

If for any reason you cannot access your Email or do not receive the Forgot Password link, anyone with Console access can change your password from the Customers tab. If all else fails, contact Support and we can perform this operation for you. |
