The Moko H2 iBeacon is serves as the beacon that is sold component for our Panic Button solution utilized in Hotels and Retirement Communities. It works is compatible with the GlobalSat Panic Button device and template varieties. We are changing the default configuration along with various templates.
To enhance the Moko beacon's battery life, we are modifying its default configuration. Specifically, the advertising interval of the Moko Panic button advertising interval will be adjusted from 300 milliseconds to 1000 milliseconds. This change aims to increase extend the battery life of the moko beacon to up to 3 max life. We’re doing this as at 300 milliseconds the beacons last between 12 - 18 months. By changing to advertising interval to 1000 milliseconds we can extend the battery life to 3 years per MokoSmart’s internal review of the Battery life.myDevices Console Device Templatebeacon's battery lifespan to a maximum of three years. Currently, at a 300-millisecond advertising interval, the beacons have a battery life span of 12 to 18 months. This adjustment to a 1000-millisecond interval is based on MokoSmart's internal evaluation, indicating a potential to prolong battery life up to three years.
