My Sensor is showing as Offline
The following will help troubleshoot and resolve Gateway or Device Offline status.
Tips for Devices showing Offline
Verify Gateway is online
First, verify that your Gateway device is powered on and connected to the Internet. Sensors will connect with any nearby gateway. If there aren’t any gateways online in range, sensors will drop offline eventually.

Verify Connectivity to nearest Gateway
Next, verify that your Gateway is in range of your devices – interference between the gateway and sensor devices may prevent sensor data from being successfully communicated. If possible, try moving the gateway or device position until communication resumes.
Try Resetting the sensor
Lastly, if it’s still offline, try re-activating the sensor. Performing the activation process on the sensor will ask it to connect to the nearest gateway (and in most cases it will transmit a new reading to the app that will help you verify it did connect). Please refer to the instructions for the sensor - activation is different for each sensor.
Troubleshooting: Sensor keeps dropping Online & Offline
The #1 cause of a sensor dropping online & offline is poor connectivity to a nearby gateway.
In an ideal world, every deployed sensor would get monitored for at least 24 hours to ensure 100% transmission of data. If this is not achieved, you can try repositioning the sensor / gateway to ensure good connectivity.
