Activation

1. Pull the battery tab completely out of the sensor to activate the included batteries. Alternatively: Remove the battery cover and insert two AA battery cells into the sensor.

2. The status indicator will briefly flash green. The sensor device will then attempt to connect with your gateway.

3. After a few moments the status indicator should change briefly to solid green indicating that the device is connected and ready for use.

4. Verify successful connection by sending a sensor reading. Using a paperclip or other small object, press the button located below the status indicator. The status indicator should briefly flash green.

In the event your device is offline or you need to reset it, please follow these steps.

1. Using a paperclip or other small object, press and hold the button located below the status indicator until the status indicator flashes green.

2. Remove and re-add the batteries from the sensor.

3. Follow the activation instructions to re-activate the device.
