In-App Help
Overview
Our In-App knowledge base provides your end-users with a wealth of information on how to set up and use the features found within your app. It can be accessed by users directly from within the application at any time. This gives you the option of a single source where you can direct your users to get answers to any questions they may have on using your app.
As a white label partner you can choose to use this feature or direct your customers to your own FAQ / knowledge base instead.
Access the In-App Help
Users can access the in-app help at any time by simply selecting Help in the top navigation area.
Will my users still see my app branding when accessing help?
The In-App help will launch directly from within your application and so your users will see continue to see your branding. In addition, the content within the help articles is being kept generic, referring to “the app” and “contact us”.
