Batch Deactivate Devices

The following will show you how to use Console Bulk Search and Bulk Deactivate to free up a batch of device ids, removing them from an account and freeing them for use elsewhere.

  1. Go to the Device Registry screen

  2. Select Bulk Search
    Use either the csv upload for manually enter the list of Device IDs.

  3. You will then be shown a list of search results.

  4. Select one or more of the results by ticking the selection checkbox next to the entry
    You can use the top-most checkbox to select all entries on the current results page.

  5. Go to Bulk Actions and expand the dropdown

  6. To deactivate the selected devices select Deactivate

Deactivated devices are freed, removing them from the account where they were paired and allowing them to be reused elsewhere.

Note: Depending upon the amount of search results returned, you may be presented with more than one page of results. If you want to deactivate all devices, you will want to repeat the selection + deactivation steps on each such results page.
