Do you provide guidance on Sales and Staffing needs to begin selling successfully?

We will need to staff up and train individuals to take IoT on. In your opinion, what would we need to add (staff wise or field consultants) to begin?

It depends on your go-to-market strategy (direct sales, channel sales, industry expertise, industries you are targeting, etc).  All of this is uncovered on our initial go-to-market workshop call which is scheduled after we get a partnership agreement in place.
