There are two key areas useful in managing devices using the Console:
Device Registry screen
The Registry allows you to look up devices using the Hardware ID. You can also filter devices using their current status (e.g. deactivated devices).Customers screen
From the Customers screen, you can start by looking up a user and then expanding their locations to view currently activated devices. The Customers screen only shows active (currently in use) devices.
