When devices are due for new certification, visit help.mydeicesmydevices.com and use the Hardware > RMA Request option to submit a ReNISTre-calibration, or “re‘re-calibration”certification’, Support ticket. This process is sometimes referred to as our “Re-NIST Process”
When submitting a ticket for Re-NIST:
Provide list of IDs that will be replaced
Provide shipping address & contact information
Pending inventory, new NIST devices can take anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. Once your new NIST devices arrive be sure and return your expired sensors so your billing can be updated accordingly.
