Re-Calibrate & Re-Certify Temperature Device Process

When devices are due for new certification, visit help.mydevices.com and use the Hardware >  RMA to submit a re-calibration, or ‘re-certification’, Support ticket. This process is sometimes referred to as our “Re-NIST Process”

  • When submitting a ticket for Re-NIST: 

    • Provide list of IDs that will be replaced

    • Provide shipping address & contact information 

Pending inventory, new NIST devices can take anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. Once your new NIST devices arrive be sure and return your expired sensors so your billing can be updated accordingly.
