Tips for Devices showing Offline

  1. First, verify that your Gateway device is powered on and connected to the Internet.

  2. Next, verify that your Gateway is in range of your devices – interference between the gateway and sensor devices may prevent sensor data from being successfully  communicated. If possible, try moving the gateway or device position until communication resumes.

  3. Lastly, if it’s still offline, try resetting / reactivating the device.

Verify that your Gateway is connected to the Internet. If you can, please verify with another device, such as laptop, on that same port to verify internet is accessible.
