When devices are due for new certification, visit help.mydeices.com and use the Hardware > RMA Request option to submit a ReNIST, or “re-calibration”, Support ticket
When submitting a ticket:
Provide list of IDs that will be replaced
Provide shipping address & contact information
Pending inventory, new NIST devices can take anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. Once your new devices arrive be sure and return your expired sensors so your billing can be updated.
