According to the US Food & Drug Administration* optimal refrigerated storage conditions can be achieved by following these guidelines:

Refrigeration: Maintain refrigerated storage spaces at 32-40°F to keep food safe

Freezer: Maintain freezer storage spaces at 0°F or lower to keep food safe.
