Account Setup

For those who are new to the using the app or need a quick refresher.

We’ve prepared some Getting Started Guides that will help you to get up and running as well as some basic information to get your feet wet with using the app.

• Setting up new Admin account - For those creating a brand new account from scratch, including setting up their facility, adding all the devices, and sending out invites to others.

• Invited to use an existing account - For those who received an Invite to join an existing account so that they can connect to the shared account and just use it.

• Start using an account created for you by an Installer - For those who partnered with an Installer who performed the account creation and set up and now would like to know more about how to log in and start using their account.
