When device is added it can automatically add and turn-on a Sensor Offline alert.

Support for this attribute added November 2022

This requires 2 attributes:

  1. device_setup_add_device_offline_alert - this should be set to yes

  2. device_setup_device_offline_alert_timeout - this should be set in minutes - so 60 minutes - enter 60
