This will change the behavior in your app such that when users click on the Help link, it opens your FAQ in a new tab. Users will no longer be able to access the myDevices Knowledge Base from within the app.
If needed, you could always link back to our Knowledge Base using the public URL. Here is the English language public URL.
Log into your IoT Console account.
Access the White Label Settings for your app.
Customize the FAQ / Help field to point at your external knowledge base.
Don’t forget to Save your changes.
