Uploading Hardware Content to the myDevices Store

To ensure the best representation and promotion of your sensors and gateways, we require specific content in order to be listed in the myDevices store. This includes installation and solution overview videos, FAQs, use case examples, detailed data sheets, and other relevant information. Providing these materials is vital for effectively showcasing your products to our customers, who are key resellers to diverse industries. Your thorough and engaging content directly aids in increasing the visibility and sales of your sensors.

Important: Before submitting your hardware to our store, please make sure you’ve already created a Device Template & Codec for your hardware.

To add your hardware to our store, first sign in to the myDevices Console. Then, navigate to 'Device Templates' and choose the specific Device Template for which you wish to submit resources for listing on the myDevices store.

 

Product Details for Website Listing

  • Details Needed:

    • Product Name

    • Manufacturer Name

    • Model Number

    • Product Description

    • Device Website URL

    • Product Type

Instructional Videos

These videos should be uploaded to YouTube prior to submitting.

  • Videos to Provide:

    • Installation Video URL

    • Activation Video URL

    • Reset Procedure Video URRL

    • Sensor Unboxing Video URL

Technical Documentation

  • Datasheet URL

  • Device FAQs URL

Certifications and Compliance

  • Certifications (e.g. CE, FCC)

  • IP Rating (e.g. IP66)

Keywords and Capabilities

  • Details: Include relevant keywords that users would normally search to find your hardware.

  • Data Capabilities (e.g. If your device has temperature, humidity and air pressure, then you would list these)

Product Image

  • Product Photo: A high-quality photo of the product for display on the website.
