STEP 1: Application

Log in or sign up here: https://iotinabox.mydevices.com/home

STEP 2: Gateway

  • Scan in your gateway

  • Connect your gateway to a power outlet and ensure the outlet is turned on. (It may take up to ten minutes to connect gateway)

STEP 3: Sensors

  • Stand within 10 feet of gateway

  • Scan in your sensor

  • Follow instructions on screen

FAQ

Where can I find my device ID code?

I received the "Device ID you entered is invalid. Please try again." message.

Device missing accessories (e.g.: antenna, probe, power cord, etc.)?

Device Showing Offline?

I still haven't received a reading 20 minutes after adding my sensor.
