Configure Gateways to work on the platform

All of the gateways purchased from and shipped by myDevices come preconfigured to work with our platform. If you buy gateways on your own and configure them on your own (as opposed to buying them from myDevices) then you may miss out on some gateway management / OTA capabilities that come preloaded with our gateways.

If you still wish to use your own gateway hardware, please follow our instructions to get your hardware working with the myDevices platform.
