Submit hardware for support on the platform

Our platform offers the flexibility to supports any Hardware Manufacturer and Device type. If a new piece of hardware is not currently supported, there is a process that must be followed in order for it to be added.

How do I submit a new device to be compatible with myDevices' platform? 

To integrate a sensor device into the myDevices platform, you need to submit the device into the IoT Ready Program.

Step 1:- Open Iot-ready-program website.

Step 2:- Scroll down and click on the Submit Your Device button.

Step 3:- Register if you are a new user or sign in to your account.

Step 4:- Fill in your account and company information.

Step 5:- Click on Submit New Hardware button.

Step 6:- Follow the instructions and fill the device submission form and submit it.

What types of devices can I submit to myDevices?

The following types of devices are support by the myDevices platform:

• LoRa

• LTE-M

• NB-IoT

• WiFi

• 3G/4G

• BLE

• or via cloud API

How do I track if my device is approved?

To track the devices submission status, login into Iot-ready-program and click on View Submission. 

Can I make my device available for sale through your partners and the myDevices store?  

Yes - You can view hardware that we have on the myDevices Store.

List of things to have ready before submitting device.

1. A high-quality image of the device to be used.

2. A high-quality image of your company logo.

3. Device datasheet, user guides, and documentation.

List of things to have in the device documentation while submitting the device.

The device documentation should have the following key points:

1. A brief introduction of the device.

2. Device hardware description.

3. Proper uplink/downlink payload description explaining each field.

   1. Bytes description.

   2. Signed or Unsigned integer.

   3. State 8/16/32/64 bit value

   4. Unit of measurement.

   5. Scaling factor of each data.
