Identify Network for devices

The following article will show you how to look up which Network your devices are configured for within the IoT Console.

If you would like to confirm which Network that your devices are running on (e.g. Azure LNS, TTN, Helium), you can use the IoT Console and look up the Device IDs for the devices. The Network information shown will help indicate which network is associated within our system.

Please note that this field is informative only - it does not automatically detect manual configuration on the device nor can it pick up changes such as a manual switch of the device to another network (such as through Support interaction).

Step1: Log into the IoT Console.

Log into the IoT Console with your Console credentials.

Step 2: Go to the Device Registry tab.

Step 3: Use either the Hardware ID or Bulks Search to look up the hardware.

Step 4: Examine the Network column for information on which server is being used for that piece of hardware.
