Activation

  1. Remove mounting plate and battery cover.

  2. Insert the CR123A lithium battery making sure to depress the battery sensor lever when inserting the battery.

  3. Attach sensor to the mounting plate. The status indicator will change to yellow. The sensor device will then attempt to connect with your gateway.

  4. Verify successful connection by sending a sensor reading. Press & hold the test button for 5 seconds. The status indicator will flash red and you will hear loud beeps during this process.

Reset

In the event your device is offline or you need to reset it, please follow these steps.

  1. Remove sensor from its mounting plate.

  2. Open the battery cover and remove the battery.

  3. Wait several seconds and then re-insert the battery, making sure to depress the battery sensor lever when inserting the battery.

  4. Attach sensor to the mounting plate. The status indicator will change to yellow. The sensor device will then attempt to connect with your gateway.

  5. You can then verify successful connection by sending a sensor reading. Press & hold the test button for 5 seconds. The status indicator will flash red and you will hear loud beeps during this process.
